Au Pont Tournant
Traditional Restaurant - BIERNE
Former post and river relay , created over a century ago, the restaurant takes its name from the bridge spanning the neighboring canal, which served as a lock and passage for barges. On the Colme river, between land and sea, since located at the gates of Bergues , in maritime Flanders, not far from Dunkirk and its port, the restaurant has evolved over the years by being modernized, but also keeping the charm of old Flemish residences .
The restaurant, although isolated in a green setting, acts like a magnet on those who know it. The Lammin family has been at its head for forty years. And it is a warm family atmosphere that reigns there.
This conviviality is maintained today with brio by the son, Laurent, connoisseur in sommellerie, and Christelle, his wife . Everyone feels welcomed like a parent. So much so that chef Ludovic Delesalle came for an extra. It was over twenty years ago ...
